Future Meeting Date October 24, 2011 9am - 3pm Angie - unless extended this committee will cease to exist on Oct 31 Schofield - only beginning to answer first mandate ESR timeline probably needs to change Ad Hoc timeline is not reasonable Ask council for extension another 6 months or 1 - 2 years Interim report of what has been done so far and ask for extension to spring Committee has not fulfilled terms of reference Nitrate leaching occurs in February re-read mandate - can't answer 2,3,4 until 1 is answered extend to December 31, 2012 will give Palmateer time to do his testing doing what Genivar did not do 02:09:20 9.
